All physical merchandise is produced and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider. Lance Craft does not manufacture, store, or ship merchandise directly.

Lance Craft uses a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider to manufacture and ship physical merchandise.

When you place a merchandise order, Lance Craft shares limited personal information with the fulfillment provider, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and order details, solely to fulfill your order.

The fulfillment provider acts as a data processor and processes personal information only in accordance with Lance Craft’s instructions and applicable data protection laws.

Lance Craft does not authorize the fulfillment provider to sell, share, or use personal information for marketing or advertising purposes unrelated to order fulfillment.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide and operate the Services
