Return & Cancellation Policy

Lance Craft merchandise is produced and fulfilled through a trusted third-party print and fulfillment partner, Printful. Because items are made to order, our return and cancellation policy differs from traditional retail.
While we actively monitor updates to our fulfillment partner’s policies and make reasonable efforts to keep this page current, Lance Craft does not control changes made by third-party providers. If discrepancies arise, the most current fulfillment partner policy will govern fulfillment-related decisions.
Made-to-Order Items
All merchandise sold through the Lance Craft shop is made to order. For this reason:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Please contact us with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed as a fulfillment error by our fulfillment partner, the item will be corrected or replaced at no additional cost to you. Resolution methods are determined by the fulfillment partner in accordance with their policies.

Lost Packages
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date via the PRINTFUL Help Center
Once confirmed by the carrier or fulfillment partner, a replacement may be issued at the fulfillment partner’s discretion
Address Errors & Unclaimed Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address
Failure to claim the shipment
The following may apply:
Reshipment costs may be required
Some returned items may not be eligible for reshipment and may be donated or disposed of without refund, in accordance with fulfillment partner policy
Lance Craft is not responsible for refunds or replacements in cases of address errors or unclaimed shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, under any circumstances. These items are final sale and are not eligible for return, replacement, or reshipment.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because items are produced on demand:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact Lance Craft us as soon as possible, we will try to cancle the order, but their is no guarantees
We may attempt to assist before production starts, but changes are not guaranteed and depend entirely on fulfillment status.
International & EU Customers
For customers located in the European Union:
Certain personalized or made-to-order goods are exempt from standard withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws
Returns may be refused in accordance with these regulations and fulfillment partner policies
Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer
Lance Craft uses a third-party fulfillment provider to manufacture and ship merchandise. As a result:
All returns, replacements, and fulfillment-related decisions are processed through the fulfillment partner
Customers should not return items directly to Lance Craft unless explicitly instructed
We do not directly control production timelines, return handling, or fulfillment outcomes
In rare cases, fulfillment partner rules may override portions of this policy
